What an ingenious setup, I thought those stationary boxes were minatures at first lol. What a clever way to tackle the challenge of space in the home. Beautiful set up, I am inspired.

Thank you for your comment. I'm glad to hear that. My room is small, so I made a layout that can be divided and stored. It was the first layout I made, and I'm very attached to it.

While showing the model from 2:30 on with the piano music my memories went right to the opening panning model footage from the beginning of Mr. Roger's Neighborhood! While HO scale may be more popular here in the U.S. this layout is a prime example that detail doesn't have to be sacrificed when running N scale. (In fact you can put a lot more track and buildings than you could in an HO scale layout of the same dimensions.) Great job on your layout and how you built the ability to be easily stored into it!!

Thank you for your comment. I'm glad to hear that. I didn't know about Mr. Roger's Neighborhood so I looked it up. It's a great children's show! In Japan, N gauge is more popular than HO gauge. This is because Japanese houses have smaller spaces compared to other countries.

Your 4 part layout is a great idea for storage. And I can see you have put a lot of work into it. It looks fun to use. I didn't know about Kato slide track. It is a very good idea.

Thank you for your comment. I'm glad to hear that. Kato slide track is very useful and I often use it when creating split layouts.

Thank you for your comment. This is the first time I've made a model railroad layout. It's a lot of fun to run the trains!
Perfect! Now add Space Marines fighting some wretched xenos or heretics over the streets! If you dont have these, some Gundams and Zakus will be fine. xD

Aww..💜Purple train is so beautiful from where you purchase and that creamy brown ...i actually know nothing about ho scale model will you please give idea how can i start with it as a beginner 😊😊😊and from where I can purchase all these models and diorama😊😊
@takanaka5 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comment. The purple train is a recently manufactured vehicle and is popular. My layout is an N-scale layout. For beginners of N-scale model trains, I recommend the starter set. This is because it includes the bare minimum, such as tracks, vehicles, and a power pack. It is sold by KATO or KATO USA.

I apologize if this seems like a silly question but I'm very new to this and I really like your layout. Is this a DC or DCC layout?
@takanaka7 күн бұрын
Thank you for your comment. No, no, I'm glad you asked. This is DC Layout. I'm a beginner when it comes to diorama making, and I always make simple and easy to make dioramas!
Thank you for your comment. It encourages me to make more dioramas. Thank you.

Is the train running on batteries?
@takanaka5 күн бұрын
Thank you for your comment. This model train does not use batteries, but uses a power pack to convert the voltage from the outlet and supply power to the tracks.

@takanaka I like the portability, and also the houses built in 2 different times... Showa(?) and modern 😀 Also, a lot of track and two trains running opposite directions, in such a small space. N gauge is a great gauge for your project.
@takanakaАй бұрын
@@5tephenD Thank you for your nice comment. Showa is the Japanese era name, about 50 years ago. N gauge is popular in Japan, and people of all ages, from small children to the elderly, enjoy model trains. I'm planning to make a new diorama, so please come and see it.
