I lost my mom when I was 17. Never feel ashamed to take your time. It's a grief that you'll likely hold your whole life and, if there's one thing I learned through that heartbreak, there's no wrong way to grieve. Take motivation when you can, be strong when able, and really take the love from those around you, for that's what they deem you deserved.

Dax, it’s Ryan aka Dillowman. Long time no talk to. Listen, I am so sorry Man. I actually just lost my Mom suddenly in January, so I do get it. Anytime you want to talk, you have a brother in Canada who is here for you. I won’t sugarcoat anything. It sucks! It sucks and it changes your life irreversibly. But as hard as it is to see in the moment, life does go on and it becomes more manageable. I won’t say better, because it isn’t true. It becomes manageable. My Mom was my best friend and she isn’t going to see her first grandchild born. My wife and I are expecting our first baby, little girl, next month. It’s hasn’t been a great first half of the year for either of us it seems. Remember, I’m here! P.S. because of the nature of this video I fought the urge to call you by your real name, which you confided in me a long time ago 😊
