@@kelbell9312 Good for you! This mini LP is a prized possession in my vinyl collection. I remember seeing the EWM a couple of times in quick succession last time I was living in OZ (1986) On one of those occasions it was a late lunchtime gig in a university hall in Melbourne which had a rather bizar atmosphere. Nothing will ever top seeing The Ramones live though (in The Netherlands '88). It was sold out and I had no ticket but after embarrassing failed attempts to get (in) and or a ticket I snuck past the cashier booth knees and hid in the toilet for almost 2 hrs, heard them soundcheck etc, had a pic of my best Aussie friend with me, as we'd had tickets to cancelled Ramones concert s in Oz and I missed her.. When I was finally convinced it was crowded enough for me to safely leave the ladies toilets, I bought and sculled 3 large beers, smoked another joint and went berserk in mosh pit area. Toward the end of the gig I'd gone up a level to balcony area but when band had played final encore and I made my way down the down the stairs, the cashier and another woman caught me out and pushed me down the remaining stairs....I was so high on pure adrenaline I didn't care. Years later they admitted their jealousy at my personally knowing a lot of Australian musicians lol.. Oops, sorry Kelly for long anecdote, it's just that every one of my old friends or relatives who shared my love for the Ramones died long ago so feels good to remember 😎 Hope you are well, have a bf who does love The Ramones hehe 💜

@@bow5326 I enjoyed your RAMONES gig story! I went to see them 3 times in one week back in 1980. All the gigs were in Sydney, NSW, Australia. I only got to take photos of them at their RAGS gig at the corner of Pitt & Goulburn streets in town. I also saw them play at the Capitol Theatre gig in town. Another band I liked a lot supported them that night (La Femme from Melbourne). The bouncers at the entrance of The Sundowner Hotel at Punchbowl wouldn't let me take my camera inside. I was so disappointed. The Models supported them there. I bought a 1980 RamonesTour T Shirt and wore it so many times that it became quite thin! I still have photos of my young self wearing that T shirt 😊 I sold my well-worn T shirt on eBay in about 2007. Some guy from the USA bought it. I used to go see EXPLODING WHITE MICE in the mid 1980s, when they came up to play in Sydney. Great band LIVE. BRILLIANT sound. Paul Gilchrist had a really good voice & the band's grungy sound impressed me a lot. Nice bunch of guys too! Very friendly towards their fans. Approachable. Fun memories of those gigs, that's for sure. 😊 Exploding White Mice's drummer, David Bunney, travelled all over the world, going to see heaps of Ramones gigs and buying T shirts!

I remember doing a pub crawl with old friends and our girlfriends across Adelaide and seeing these guys in a pub, I think it was on Hindley St. One of the best nights we ever had. So much fun. It must have been around 86 or 87.
