Thank You!! I actually wanted to see Null value handling one hot encoder Handling outliers handling skewness Normalization all this ML things with excel .. have you covered in any other videos?
@DaveOnData3 жыл бұрын
You are welcome! That's quite a list of topics you have there, many are worthy of dedicated tutorials of their own. 😁 The short answer is no, based on my understanding, I don't have videos on those topics. That being said... My live courses on linear and logistic regression with Excel cover dummy encoding of categoricals. Regarding outliers, skewness, and normalization, these can be problematic in the world of business analytics. For example: 👉 Outliers in business data are often not the result of data collection errors and removing/transforming them can distort the business insight. 👉 Performing a log transform of an independent variable in a linear regression model is super difficult to explain to business decision-makers. As such, I tend to prefer non-parametric techniques (e.g., decision trees, random forests, xgboost, etc.) in situations where the data doesn't meet OLS and/or logistic regression assumptions. Decision tree-based techniques handle missing values automagically.

@@DaveOnData Wow such a broad answer david sir Thanks! Now I understood that this channel is more for business analytics. I will cover this series in few days.😁✌️👍

I have excel 2016 I made the new columns of survied and classes then I made the pivot table but the values were not right for the table...they were not matching with your values Then I replicated the columns and just used find and replace to make new columns...now my pivot table matches yours. Excel 16 does not have the IFS function so I used nested IF...is this the reason for wrong values?

I think it's amazing that you would have had a better chance of surviving as a female in third class than a male in first class! Hats off for gallantry.

When you say there are many survived female on class A, maybe because there were more women than men aboard? thus not necessarily "the children and women come first" cause of survival.
