Back in the late 80's I was fortunate to live in San Diego and my first job was a pool cleaner, a couple of my pools were in the city of Bonita, so beautiful, what a hidden gem. I cleaned million dollar mansion pools. The owner worked in Tijuana everyday as a business man but lived in the states. Best of wishes with your sales.

Ugh….Communist California jurisdiction….🤮 The first house is a total dump. The second one is no better. The third one also looks like you will have to renovated major time as well. As a seasoned property investor, it’s not just the listing price but also how much work need$ to be done. Is the area safe? what with the border being so close and we have all this cartel trafficking. You are a lovely lady and a great realtor no doubt, but hard sell even at these prices.

Walking distance from TJ 😂 way to many homeless, and as usual way over priced , oh god no 😂 it’s so noisy and you can hear drunk drivers getting into accidents every week , not to mention a bunch of young punks racing up and down L street doing donuts in the intersection 😂. Don’t do it people. Move to another state 🤭
