Talking about largest you are talking about the size of land which therefore makes Kumasi the largest city in Ghana because it has the largest size of land but the second biggest city after Accra in population and Kejetia too is the biggest and largest in West Africa and will be the largest in Africa after the full completion of the ongoing construction of the second phase.
