He seems to be a nice person...but his wife is more responsible than him when it comes to bring up their child. Just reverse the gender and if his wife would have travelled the world to make food vlogs and he had to almost solely look after their child then would she have been admired in the same way? Plaintain, avocado, susumba, dasheen and Coco, salted fish and salted meats, to name afew. I still remember my mother cooking dasheen leaves in soup. The same kind of meaty soups that are cooked in Ghana, These videos of Ghana and it's friendly, happy people surely reminds me that we have not lost much of what we brought over with us, we have managed to retain much of our roots. Also traveling with your family is a great adventure and show how hospitality is a common theme no matter where you are from.
