Great and very informative. Thanks. My father was a millwright at the mill at the Lewiston end of the railroad trestle in the 1950's. One time he fell off of the trestle into the canal and had to be rescued and sent home from work.

Great video! Although I already knew of and have been to West Pitch Park, I learned a lot about the falls and the city from this film. Too bad the Libby Mill no longer exists. I watched the last fire from the peak of Mt. Davis at Bates. Keep up the great work, coming from a fellow Mainer living in Lewisron!

It's blocked off, you can't get above the falls without trespassing past barriers.

I heard of a time when a group of local indigenous people rode a canoe over the falls on their way to a party in brunswick. supposedly they had a wicked good time.
