Gratuities are technically included, but you'll notice a lot of people tipping for exceptional service.

Steep is right but thankfully shuttles are frequent. It’s a lovely resort, great lobby and restos and sports bar A1 and showed hockey. Beach, however, is not typical to Caribbean. Black sand and watch out for monkeys stealing your food. :)
