Another amazing tour Justin. What an interesting design. The garage seems detached but maybe there is a walkway that is covered leading to the house? Is that correct? Also, why are these wine walls exposed to light?! As someone who has studied and collected fine wine for well over 30 years I never understand this oversight by builders. At least use a smoked glass with UVA/UVB protection to keep valuable wines from becoming expensive vinegar. Love these tours in central Florida!

Hey! thanks for your insight- I'm not sure if that glass is UV protected but I know there's a film you can put on by 3M that maybe could help with that. And that garage is huge inside with 12 foot ceilings, there is a covered breezeway to get you to the door in the back of it.

What's the sq footage of the home and the lot?

This was a corner lot that was split into two, so the remaining corner is 140 feet deep by about 55 feet wide plus the right of way. so buildable area around 7500 sq foot lot, and the AC square footage is 3800. The garage we didn't film but it is huge inside and the covered lanai makes the indoor outdoor space part of the home to feel larger. The little back yard is all fenced and turf'ed

lol yeah my pool is open and we pay for some mosquito treatment. I might do the misting system as we don’t want to do the bubble cage. Phantom screens that roll down always help

@@2024Miracle yeah lots of clients homes have had it- near lakes, conservation areas, the little tubes and misters hanging off the gutters of the lanai. Organic and non toxic they say . Check out MosquitoNix

@@Nournourhayati409 I just reviewed the listing and your photos are terrible. No one will want to come see the listing with those photos. I can recommend a better photographer to take new photos of the listing and I guarantee you’ll get more showings and offers. Lmk
