I loved Hanoi so much. We saw the Note cafe and heard the story but never went there. I wish we had now. We tried the egg coffee at the end of an evening tour of street food. It was so rich and I was so full of food that all I could do was taste it once. Watching your video makes me want to go back. And yes, the people are lovely.
