There are no coincidences ... My Higher Self led me to this meditation after I realized I has some unconscious limiting beliefs about Myself around money. I am new to this. I couldn't see myself in the vision at all. Like wasn't able to picture my face or me in any of the situations. I could only see people who have achieved what I really want. Not me in their place.

This was great, and I really appreciated it! I have an idea for Regan, for this meditation. The positive imagery in this felt really powerful. I really could envision or sense the energy on a cellular level. I liked the visual/sensory journey here, the description of benefits on a cellular or genetic level. Maybe consider only guiding listeners to increase the positive /let go of the negative. Spending more time on this may make this a more healing process. (I noticed that, for me, it felt wrong to envision increasing the badness and decreasing the goodness, while hearing the words over and over. Such as “make a dark dense ball of energy... now make it darker, and denser” was suggesting to make a heavy suffering energy, which is usually the problem to begin with, not to be encouraged to be made worse. Or turning down the brightness & volume on the imagined screen of good things- felt like lessening the effect, which was counterproductive to the goal here.) Also, at the point where the dark heavy ball leaves the body, I think that some may benefit from hearing more description of that, or spending more time envisioning that. For anyone who is suffering, it may take a few moments to envision letting go of all of it. (“Imagine feeling the ball of energy is beginning to leave your body, and what that feels like as it exits your being- do you feel lighter, or more vibrant? Imagine what it looks like... you’re seeing it now...” etc) Still, overall this visualization really spoke to me, and I got so much out of it. I realize I need more of this, and I’ll probably listen to this again.
