Explorer 26 Vessel for Tempe Fire Department

This 26-foot landing craft will support dive operations on Tempe Town Lake and Salt River, as well as serve as a general purpose rescue boat. Outfitted with a bow gate and dive door, the vessel will allow for quick and efficient dives in both of these bodies of water. It is powered by a single Honda 250HP outboard and will be smooth to maneuver for quick operations.
This vessel is specifically designed with a larger T-Top for increased protection from the sun in the warm Tempe climate. This will make it more comfortable for those working on the boat and let them stay on the water for hours on end without heat exhaustion.
