Did my install today on my 2- bolt with the upgraded bolts. The drivers side - with the small prongs - would not sit flat against the bushing. Even when tightened down. Any suggestions?

The two bolts have one bushing that the insert sticks out a little it’s normal from what I’ve seen 😁

Hope they ship out soon. I cant wait to install this along with ARP Hardware Double Diffy Stiffy dor each side of diff along with Diff Bushings with ARP hardware . Should be solid.

I wish JXB would include a longer bolt to account for the thickness of the insert face. As it is, there is less threading of the bolt into the diff cover which is a potential problem down the road.

I don’t see it being an issue at all the diff already has a ton of thread engagement. Losing a couple of threads won’t hurt a thing.

Not necessarily and if anything it’s helping the bolt not bend which is the big issue of them snapping

Will the awr hold the diff in place when the bolt comes out or do I need to support it with the jack? I got your bolt and jxb support ready to go in.

Have you done the front pinion bushings? Wondering how solid it will be with all 4 (brace, hsf bolts, pinion bushing, and inserts when they show up)
