My uncle got 15 years for dealing drugs. It's crazy that someone can get such a light sentence for murder. Her hitting her head doesn't even match up with the evidence. I mean why was she bound if she hit her head and it killed her? Him talking in the car makes me believe that he attacked her in the bathroom, bound her and then killed her where he dumped her. I think he has the worst public defender available. The only evidence tying Kenny to the crime was a Jailhouse informer who knew who Kenny was as soon as he hit the Pod. Any good defense attorney would argue the witness was making the confession up to get his sentence reduced. I can't believe it wasn't taken to trial. Kenny would have won.

Have you heard about the 4 college students murdered in Moscow, Idaho ? Most people believe the guy arrested for the murders, Bryan Kohlberger is innocent. He’s been sitting in jail for almost a year. Law enforcement is claiming he stabbed each victim over 50 times on different levels of the home and fought a guy in 9 minutes. But no blood in his car or apartment. Moscow law enforcement seems very shady. I’m always for justice but there’s something really off with this case.

Weirdly enough, watching these has helped me speak more confidently. I realized I use a lot of qualifiers even when I’m telling the truth, a sign of my childhood trauma. Yes, often times the stories my close friend tells me over the many years of our friendship, beyond shock me. Police and prosecutors aren't going to attempt to convict someone when they have minimal or mostly circumstantial evidence because there is significant risk that a jury would not be able to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt...and if he's found not guilty, he can never be tried again because of double jeopardy. No matter what evidence was found later, or even if he flat out admitted it, he couldn't be tried again.

Sometimes I watch these integration videos and think about how my husband reacted when, many years ago he thought he was the last person to speak to a man who was murdered. He kinda freaked out and thought for sure the police would think he was guilty and was already thinking of ways to get out of it. I could see an innocent person making up an false alibi and all that. It was less then an hour after the murder when we were called and we weren't given any information at first. As it turned out the guy managed to call 911 before he died. His ex mother in law walked in right after my husband left, probably watching until he was alone,and came in and shot him. If he hadn't survived long enough to call 911, I wonder if my husband would have gone through this. This is why evidence is so important and I'm glad they found enough to convict this guy.

Why didn't they do tests on the scratch marks on his neck? There might have been fibres or residue that pointed to where he was scratched? They seemed to have dismissed it. Poor policing. They were relying solely on a confession. They also found traces of blood all over the bathroom yet never mentioned them again. Shoddy work. I mean we are looking at it with hindsight, but make no mistake it’s obvious that the detectives knew he was responsible but they just didn’t have enough evidence to bring it in court and try to make it stick. Other then his omission the only key evidence was the scratches on his neck. The inmates statements aren’t enough as the inmates have an insensitive to say he did kill her, the dirt on the cat isn’t even a big deal…dirt is common on cars and they went able to say the dirt 100% belonged to the dirt road in question but said it’s dirt “like” on the road in question. They usually say it in the video but these "red flags" they are seeing are not surefire tells that someone is lying. A cluster of these behaviors may indicate a possibility that someone is being dishonest. It's more important to compare these behaviors to the person's normal behaviors, and many of these behaviors aren't necessarily "he's lying" but moreso "this indicates a lot of thinking is going on so it's a high possibility he's not telling the truth" Always lawyer up and know that you are telling your truth!
