Have you heard about the 4 college students murdered in Moscow, Idaho ? Most people believe the guy arrested for the murders, Bryan Kohlberger is innocent. He’s been sitting in jail for almost a year. Law enforcement is claiming he stabbed each victim over 50 times on different levels of the home and fought a guy in 9 minutes. But no blood in his car or apartment. Moscow law enforcement seems very shady. I’m always for justice but there’s something really off with this case.

Sometimes I watch these integration videos and think about how my husband reacted when, many years ago he thought he was the last person to speak to a man who was murdered. He kinda freaked out and thought for sure the police would think he was guilty and was already thinking of ways to get out of it. I could see an innocent person making up an false alibi and all that. It was less then an hour after the murder when we were called and we weren't given any information at first. As it turned out the guy managed to call 911 before he died. His ex mother in law walked in right after my husband left, probably watching until he was alone,and came in and shot him. If he hadn't survived long enough to call 911, I wonder if my husband would have gone through this. This is why evidence is so important and I'm glad they found enough to convict this guy.

I think he has the worst public defender available. The only evidence tying Kenny to the crime was a Jailhouse informer who knew who Kenny was as soon as he hit the Pod. Police and prosecutors aren't going to attempt to convict someone when they have minimal or mostly circumstantial evidence because there is significant risk that a jury would not be able to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt...and if he's found not guilty, he can never be tried again because of double jeopardy. No matter what evidence was found later, or even if he flat out admitted it, he couldn't be tried again.

How was the case against him not considered strong enough when they had forensic DNA matching the hair in the trunk of his car to that found on the body? The fact that he only got 15 years with the possibility of being out in 6 sickens me.

I think at that time they didn't have her DNA and couldn't be sure it was her hair. When they found the body later, they took the DNA from the tooth and compared it to the DNA from the hair.

It's because her hair could have ended up in his car trunk by other means, eg, she may have previously borrowed his car and some of her hair fell into the trunk while loading the shopping bags.

Happens more then people want to admit sadly. Friends, family ect all in denial, police screwups, evidence gathering being botched and inadmisible, really careful planning or luck letting them bypass the first few rounds and so on. Sadly its not easy persay to get away with this kinda crap. But so much comes across the desks of the cops that its not at all hard to make sure you fall through the cracks for a time. The only question is for how long.

I mean we are looking at it with hindsight, but make no mistake it’s obvious that the detectives knew he was responsible but they just didn’t have enough evidence to bring it in court and try to make it stick. Other then his omission the only key evidence was the scratches on his neck. The inmates statements aren’t enough as the inmates have an insensitive to say he did kill her, the dirt on the cat isn’t even a big deal…dirt is common on cars and they went able to say the dirt 100% belonged to the dirt road in question but said it’s dirt “like” on the road in question. The weeds also aren’t enough

They usually say it in the video but these "red flags" they are seeing are not surefire tells that someone is lying. A cluster of these behaviors may indicate a possibility that someone is being dishonest. It's more important to compare these behaviors to the person's normal behaviors, and many of these behaviors aren't necessarily "he's lying" but moreso "this indicates a lot of thinking is going on so it's a high possibility he's not telling the truth" Always lawyer up and know that you are telling your truth!

Plea deals need to stop. If a prosecutor is so worried about the validity of their case - build a better case. And...People here shocked he got a light sentence - it gets worse. If he's a really good boy he'll get out in a third of the time unless the judge specifies no parole chance for x number of years. And if no one goes to the parole hearing to give statements of impact he's out in first or second parole hearing.

I talk to myself fairly often, at least once a day. Usually practicing how I’m going to address something or helping myself to process and figure out a situation; I really don’t find it to be that odd. I see others talking to themselves all the time. When you have a busy schedule and 1,000 different things running through your head, planning for things and trying to problem solve, it helps to speak something out loud instead of trying to focus on your internal monologue that can jump to many different topics in a short time span.

Me and a couple friends convinced a lady we knew she was in grave danger with her significant other, eventually she ended up leaving - shortly after, he killed a girl he knew, hid he body in a christmas tree box wanting to dump her out in the desert. This guy is going to only 7 years, and he's been constantly contacting his ex-girlfriend despite her telling the prison, the judge, ect. Now his sentence is almost done and she's extremely worried because he found her address and that's how he's been sending mail all this time . :/

in Lexton Neb there was a young woman who filed for divorce, at that time there was a construction site where they were putting in an on ramp to a highway all tons of concrete, when she stepped out of the courthouse she vanished, and to this day people think that's where her body is under and interstate no traces not nothing has ever been found! oh her husband was questioned but he always refused to be interviewed claimed the 5th on every question! and with no proof at all she has not been found to this day, the town refused any type of scan or excavation, I've heard there is a scanner designed to penetrate concrete and its like a lawn mower you go over an area and it tells you exactly what's there from sand to rebar that what i would use in that 5 mile wide construction zone using maps on it from 1985, to this day she hasn't been found, there was another young woman! i knew she had a possessive bf i talked to her nothing great but i looked to my left saw a heavy set guy looking at her every move that day she vanished in 90 not to be found until 2003 thing was is the entire time her body was in a local swimmin pond called crawdad lake, Nebraska had a dust bowl drought that summer and that pond dried up to dust she was found anchored to cinderblocks dead center of what was the deepest part of the pond, although she was found her murder will never be solved
