That's a lot of house for £319 ! That basement with this gorgeous wheel I was going to put my own discotheque there! Now for sure you were going to be a much better realtor than many who are officially realtors. You said you were going to let Federico tell us what he had to offer , but Federico wasn't doing much talking, you were and as always did a good job at pointing interesting facts, & possibilities about the property Well done brad !

So nice. The walls were what ? 24 inches thick. Id like a small above ground pool. Views . Id move the piano out. And make it a coat & boot room. Love it ❤

Hey Brad, did you get any info if a pool can be installed in the garden?

No. Something you can ask the agents if you are interested.

Can you put air conditioning units in the old town ? It looks like 2 sets of doors in the dining room that we didn't get to see. Also the back stairs down to yard and garage. If i were ready to move right now, this would be on my list. Lots of house for the price. Probably take another $100K, but it would be awesome. Thanks for showing.

Usually you can put them in as long as they aren't seen from the main street. This place has a lot of places they could be tucked away, and they are needed. just finishing up 8 week of temps way above normal here in Tuscany and with no AC it sucks. Our house got up to 90F inside one day when it was 100F outside. We only had a portable AC unit in one bedroom. AC is just a must here now if you want normal living conditions.

Hi Brad. ‘Coop’ is pronounced exactly as the English ‘Co-Òp’two syllables (co-operativo) not one syllable to rhyme with ‘Hoop’.

I was in Italy several years ago. I kept asking for co-op. I did hand signals like eating. Finally, the locals called it coop. I was mispronouncing it. Brad said it correctly.

sad you weren't able to show all of the parts of the house (palazzo, pardon) in this video. dayum, you make a better realtor than the realtor himself. you were able to convey your thoughts that lets your viewers understand and appreciate more the place you're showing.

I love your videos. Your restoration thoughts are given quickly and succinctly without adding much to the video run time. You don't spend several minutes touring the area. I would gladly watch another ten to twenty minutes of house tour with you for these larger homes. 😊 Thank you for taking us along!

Absurd to even consider removing ANY of that flooring…..the idea of slapping new travertine in place of that is blashemy
@BradsWorld
@BradsWorld 4 ай бұрын
Of course not on any truly old stuff. That would be blasphemy. Sometimes tiles are just 40 or 50 years old and nothing special. I don’t mean 1970s bank machine out travertine, I mean natural travertine is hand chipped on the edges. Nothing wrong with that going in.
