The Deserted Village of Feltville has sat abandoned for several decades. It is also allegedly haunted! Join me as I explore this incredible location.

The story of this place is much darker. Several children fell victim to something evil there. The towns people started turning on each other. It was thought to be witch covens but they didn't solve it. At least 11 kids. Very sad.

I used to hang out there when I was a kid in my teens. 40+ years ago. At night it was creepy and a great place for us. Great memories thanks for reminding me about that place!

I was there a few years ago on a field trip I took by myself. It appears there is only one house occupied, and the store/church/post office/meeting house seems to have been worked on. The other houses were exactly as pictured here, rough, rotted, some covered with tarps. At the very end of the road however is a building that appears to have undergone a lot of restoration work. it is very sound, roof and walls intact. Outside is a wooden hand cart with wheels fastened in place so it cant be moved. I read somewhere at the time that this particular building can be rented for parties and meetings, even weddings. All in all though the place seems very gloomy and has seen better days. They are intent on restoring a lot of the houses but there is a lack of funds, naturally. If I had the available funds, I would definitely restore the place and make it into a sort of museum village although it might not be such a good idea in today's world. Not many young people out there have an interest in history or anything educational.

Interesting tour at this past village. Thanks for your filming series, I'm beginning to learn more about NJ after a few months stay in Chatham (1975). Back then, I asked myself as to why NJ had so many trees? Shortly after my first visit to Ellis Island Museum (July 2014), I was lucky to survive a heart attack in Jersey City possibly from a spiritual connection.

HAHA! This is the one I go to. I just mentioned on your other video that you should stop by there. I've had eerie incidents happen. I lost my keys then suddenly found them on top of a gravestone when nobody else was around. I've heard footsteps behind me on more than one occasion, and while hiking those woods felt like I was being followed. That whole area of the mountains is known for being haunted.

At 9:22 your walking up to the 2nd house the light is off first then turns on and at 10:27 when your walking over to the other house in the woods you see something walking

Where did you park is there a trail head? Is there trail markings thru the wooded area to the village?
@RayOutThere
@RayOutThere 3 жыл бұрын
Yes, this is a large hiking reserve with many trails throughout it. On this trip I parked at Seeley's Pond picnic area to look at the first set of ruins. Then I parked at the Sky Top Drive parking lot and took the Sierra Trail to the village. For quick access to the village, you can park at a lot on Cataract Hollow Road off of Glenside Ave, which is Exit 44 off of Rt 78. From there its a short walk down the road to the village. I highly recommend checking out the Watchung Reservation!

Who's the guy speaking Spanish(?) really fast and loud like -right next to you at 11:05-11:06? Then he says "If we go 250 50" at 11:11-11:12. Was he with you? It's the only time someone's voice is heard throughout the whole thing. If you were alone then his voice is way up there with the loudest evps I ever heard and I wonder how you did not even hear it. Oh geez then a few minutes later you show us the pictures and info about the Mexican murals. It figures.
