She is cause when I went to Monterrey for the summer it was raining and stray dogs were next to a little store across from my uncles house and they were all staring at the street in the same place and then we heared crying and the dogs ran really fast away and some jumped over the walls into yards of the houses and we looked nothing was there but all you could hear is a faint crying get louder and louder until it stopped then that same night we drove back to the United states
