Exploring a Sandstone Bouldering Paradise

This short film is a deleted scene from an upcoming film "Free at Last" about my climbing since I walked away from competitions.
We loved this sequence but it didn't quite fit into the overall story we wanted to tell in the main film but psyched to be able to share it here with you guys to show off the amazing bouldering around the North West Czech Republic!
I cannot begin to tell you the quality and potential of the area and despite my skin being a big issue through our trip there, I loved the area and cannot wait to return one day!

I hope your trip blasting through the ticklist of hard stuff in the Czech Republic inspires other pros to visit CZ. There is so much hard stuff in CZ opened by Adam or the Stranik brothers. There is a lot of really cool stuff. But not many people go there to try it.

Overshadow was amazing and i felt good on it but it almost always has birds nesting through spring to fall and is the first to get wet so hard to try! Ive got plans for Excalibur but not the others. I would love to check out Silence and maybe head back to ceuse though

What a day... Climbing an 8b+, following it up with trying an 8c, but switching to an 8b. End up climbing this one, just to flash an 8a+ and finish everything up with another 8b+🤯 Amazing video quality btw! Really enjoyed that!!

it's funny because the boulders you did are in direct proximity of some world-class rock climbing routes (Dolni Zleb). I recognised one of the boulders where me and friends used to sleep when we went rock climbing in this area. I always wondered how hard that boulder was because tickmarks were already there (mechanicky betlem 8b+). You should try some of the classic rock climbs in Labske Udoli if you ever get the chance to return. Adam put a 9a up there too. It's basically sport climbing with a bit spaced out bolts, which makes it quite memorable.
