A deep dive into Will Bosi's evolution in climbing that's led him to Burden of Dreams 9A/V17. It's a journey that's taken him to the Czech Republic to unearth what truly is possible amongst terrain deserving of the spotlight.
One of the most gifted of his generation, Will shares how things had to change at times to keep moving forward. Having initially honed his talents on the competition circuit, he sought a new path to continue his love for climbing.
A bruising outcome to his ambitions of making the Olympics proved a spark that would become transformative for how he saw climbing as a passion, but also pose the question of where within that world he saw himself at his best.
Now producing tick lists which would turn many climbers green with envy, this story is all about why you shouldn't expect different results from doing the same thing over again. Embracing how technical prowess, mental health and happiness can all go through changes as we do more than pursue going upwards perpetually.

Will is a beast, but it makes me a bit sad to see the Adidas endorsement. I swore by 5.10, but over the last few years the quality control and frankly care of the product has degraded hugely. I've had several pairs of the Anasazi pro LV fall apart, from the sole literally peeling off within 1 week, to broken buckles, to the rubber detaching from the material on the toebox and basically making giant holes in the shoes. That's after 15+ years of no issues with them. The quality is truly pathetic, and they seem to just not care.
