I think you stumbled on an old American Apparel warehouse. They were contracted by Supreme to make blanks for them which would explain quite a bit. To add on to the theory, when American Apparel sold out in January it was very fast and I'm sure they also left/abandoned their factories explaining why they up and left all their stuff. All blanks are made in the USA (explaining why they would be made in your city) and a ton were wholesaled to K-mart causing big ass hype last month lmao. Congrats on the find!!

The fact there was incense dates the factory operations to have continued into late 2016, as the incense was released in early 2017. Some of the stuff could fetch thousands - especially the tags and blanks etc. Probably some 1 of 1 pieces too. Strange how the tees were blank - I always assume American Apparel printed them too but obviously they sent blanks and supreme printed then at a separate location (which I assume is still operational) although it makes sense to keep secrecy. Strange how this factory solely produced branded blanks for supreme, stussy etc. Very interesting.
