Edit; Sorry, I tend to comment first, and then watch haha. But yes, I think they look different too. Some of it is just aging/maturing and some I think plays into their storyline. Yes, that was Winter haha lol 2:40 I never would have thought of Kill Bill, but I can def see what you mean! Aespa has some pretty intricate 'lore' and storytelling within their world.

Might be a dumb q, but do you think it's age or surgery? Like do idols get surgery post debut? Is that a fairly normal thing?

@@DITKoreates I really don't know. I think mostly it's just natural aging, and makeup. Could simply be that they changed stylists or something.

Aespa - their name, plays upon the term/idea of AI, except AI as a 'real' world. For every 'you' there is an AI (ae) version of 'you'. KWANGYA is like another universe. SYNK is when ourselves and our ae sync up. FLAT is where the ae live. There is more and it gets confusing but the large scale concept is that the Black Mamba is the 'bad guy'. The Black Mamba tries to corrupt us and our ae selves from truly being happy. That sort of thing. The MY (Aespa fandom) could probably go deeper. There is a storyline though. As I understand the 'main tracks' it's Black Mamba, Next Level, Savage and Girls. I believe Supernova and Armegeddon also ties into the storyline.

Appreciate your notes as always. Next Level I've definitely heard but have no recollection of the video. Should be fun.

Aespa was one of the first girl groups I got into after BLACKPINK and they're so good! IVE and their debut song "Eleven" is also very good!! Curious, how much do you know about (G)I-DLE?

(G)I-DLE I've heard songs from but I couldn't name any off the top of my head.

@@DITKoreates they're a pretty diverse group. The leader produces/writes most of their stuff (though I think they all can now). The discography as a whole is quite unique. "Lion" and "Oh My God" are just masterpieces.
