Thanks for highlighting this great place :) The boat is in a prime spot in the centre of Amsterdam overlooked by houses that cost millions. They are situated in an UNESCO world heritage site but they still maintain this lovely shelter for cats when the houseboat (and location) is probably worth a fortune. The fact that they can stay in this location is purely down to donations and support. Your help in spreading the good word is only good for them! Well done!

Great video, I think I even see the lady that used to do the cat drawings. Special video. I have been just before the pandemic it was exactly the same, planning to go again, now. Thank you for posting link to donate , they do such great work.

Nelly Papworth - Definitely a unique animal shelter. The staff are amazing and it was heartwarming to see how well the cats were being cared for.

Thanks Tom. The boat is there for years. I remember as a child we pas it on a schooltrip. That's about 37 years ago.
