Exploring an Abandoned Trailer Park - Somewhere in Indiana

That's the trailer park right outside Winchester on 27. I used to write my music there with an old best friend of mine. My dad and uncle had both lived there the middle one was where I wrote with my buddy and the one on the right side in front of the yellow trailer was where my uncle and dad both stayed at different periods of time... At last a decent video to watch thank you I enjoyed this . I had to go through at least two or three pretty bad exploring videos I watched one with two young guys who had far too much being stupid while seeing more of one of them outside in slow motion so wasn’t seeing much then a guy stopped off atcan abandoned trailer Park walked through it and never went in any I don’t understand that so thank goodness for you a true explorer someone who is actually videoing where people really want to see and are not scared to go in this was a good video so thank you

The older trailers are the narrow ones. There are wider ones 14 foot wide mine was but I sold it and bought a house. My kitchen and living room were a good size I had a good sized room in the back that was big enough for a king sized bed, but the other room I had was small I only had a 2 room one. There are ones that have more than 2 rooms. The new ones are really nice and can be even larger.

The first two that you went into looked like they were just painted on the inside before they gave up and quit. it's a shame, they still look saveable. And lots of people need cheap homes right now.

This was so cool! And, due to pandemic, it is totally acceptable (and not a reason for concern) for you to wear a face mask! Now might be a good time to go to more places like that so you don’t stand out too much. But, I totally understand if you don’t want to. That last place looked like a lung infection!

I think they bought it and started to fix it and stopped. Heard rumors why but you likely guess it. There was one similar south of Muncie on US35, they finally took the trailers out.

I’m unsure if I even should give the location of a potential abandoned property because I’d hate for it to not be abandoned & a bunch of people go there. Or if it is abandoned & if I say where it is & someone abuse the property.

My cousin owns a trailer park and rents out trailers. He always gets so frustrated with non payers and people that destroy stuff. I don't see how he does it...

Yea I know the risk. If the cops show up and you're unarmed, they'll tell you to leave or you may get a trespassing ticket at most. If you have a gun though they automatically look at you like you're a criminal, especially in a really small town.
