for talk its good... but reality is different. ayurveda is possible for those who is living in village and doing agriculture of their own food. in city every food is processed or injected. aurveda require pure food not injected . so nowdays its impossible . i am living outside india how can i get food acc. to aurveda.

​@@rohitrajput8248 Totally correct understanding, if someone is working in a private sector in Cities, its difficult to cook in a traditional ayurvedic way. Private offices have huge time demands, add to that, there is Traffic jam on the roads....also cultivating without preservations for this huge population is not possible. Only Sikkim has done that because they are the least populated state.
