I just had one 30 min consultation with Dr. Vignesh and experienced an awakening within one month post following only a few of his guidelines! Then a roller coaster began, but I am in love with where I’m in my life now. Forever grateful 🙏🏻😊

On the start of my journey to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner from the place of as a longstanding western medicine nurse, dinacharya was my ah ha moment of how powerful it was and how that alone changed my life. This knowledge is a powerful gift and I am grateful to be integrated into its healing and teachings. 🙏

Namaste Thanks a lot to you both! This is another super interesting podcast presented by Dr. Vignesh. I just recently discovered them and I have become an eager follower because I like living as per ayurvedic (or better to say Vedic) recommendations despite been a westerner who wasn't exposed to Vedic knowledge at all in my young age. Each of your podcast I have listened so far are superb. I learn a lot through them. In my personal care one of the things I do is dinacharya, so I already practice some of the sacred rituals Dr. Salila explains here. I can corroborate they work as she explains! Thank you Dr. Salila for your beautiful exposition, so well explained and easy to understand. I feel like saying that the glow and aura that you yourself carry are the best proof of how much these sacred rituals can do for us. My appreciation for your generous talk. Again, thanks a lot to you both! Blessings. Sridevi Mayte Martin (from Spain)
