Exploring Backroads at the Biggest Lake in Sweden 1 | Overlanding Adventure

The coast of Lake Vänern along Dalsland is very beautiful yet hard to access, perfect for overlanding. Therefore, I decided to try and find new ways of getting out to the shoreline. In this video I explore the roads that should lead down to the lake, as long as they aren't private or gated.

The best access point to Lake Vänern, in Dalsland, is Yttre Bodane Nature Reserve. It's very beautiful, but I wanted to explore more of the coastline which prompted me to try and find new roads leading down to Lake Vänern.
My adventure vehicle is a 2006 Subaru Forester SG, and I've done some modifications to make it more overland capable. I would consider what I'm doing more softroading rather than overlanding. The important thing is the exploration and finding of new interesting and beautiful locations.
