More issues have arisen in our island paradise. Our stay in the Bahamas is compromised due to our malfunctioning dinghy and macerator. Without these crucial components, our ability to navigate and manage waste is severely hindered.
The dinghy serves as our primary means of transportation on water, allowing us to anchor offshore and avoid expensive marina fees. Meanwhile, the macerator is essential for emptying our black water tanks, especially considering the absence of pump-out boats in the Bahamas. We're relying on the support of friends and our resourcefulness to resolve these challenges and get things back in working order.

Bahamas Lucayan National Park is a stunning natural reserve located on Grand Bahama Island. Spanning over 40 acres, this park encompasses diverse ecosystems ranging from lush mangrove forests to picturesque sandy beaches. Never go to the Bahamas without a spare starter and a spare macerater pump.

We’ve learned that lesson. Our aft system is working so we’re still in business. We have two new pumps coming so in a few weeks we’ll have two completely new macerators installed. Then we wait for something else to break 😳
