What is considered more desirable: the property "on the hill" or the flat property at the bottom of the hill?

I can speak only for my self, but if the property is near the beach, then bottom of the hill is ok. If further away than in order for the property to have value it would be nice to have view of the sea. But any property is better than none! Haha

@@LivingInLionCity I am really enjoying your videos & explanations etc. There are many weirdos who come to the Philippines so it is nice to listen to normal, logical YTers. I hear there are many scammers e.g. people selling land they don't own etc. I even heard about a guy who bought from the father and, after the father died, the son came around and claimed the property as his inheritance. Crazy!

Yes it’s true . That’s why we need to be careful in buying property. We prepare to see the property first before buying it and make sure the one who is selling the property is the one in the title and they are alive. Or else it will be hard and long to process the transfer of title.
