What an amazing day that must have been, the drone footage was INCREDIBLE. It sure seems to be an action packed place for such a small island. Looking forward to the rest of this adventure.

Hi John, yeah it really was! It was nice to have a rest day off the road and have some time to explore this wonderful city! This Island offers visitors so much to see -it's quite amazing really. The rest of the playlist has been uploaded now and we are working on the next Series (should start next week). Glad you enjoyed it and we appreciate your comments. 😎👍

Not done watching the video, but just had to comment when I saw where you had your coffee after the King of Aragon stairs. My wife and I dined at that very same table on our visit last year! I had to look up photos to confirm my instinct, but it matched. We watched the sunset on the cliffs to the east and then made our way to that same restaurant under moonlight skies. An experience beyond belief.

Sounds like you had the perfect night! The atmosphere in that city at night is very special indeed. Glad you had a great time in Bonifacio and hope this brought back fond memories 😊

What an couple of amazing views you showed us in this episode. Although its early season and not much is open its still maybe the best time of the year to visit and walk through all the nice places. Thanks again.

Yeah this place was special, so glad that we decided to stay 2 nights here! Totally agree, a small selection of restaurants is a small price to pay for having a calm and relaxing time walking around the city. Thanks for watching and nice to hear from you 😎👍

Not sure if they still do it, but you can take a boat tour to one of the islands (Lavezzi island), actually hop off and take a swim in a natural reserve (where fishing is prohibited). The water there is incredible, so are the fish and other sea creatures you see there. There's even moray eels if you're not careful !

I think they probably still do but can't be sure, we were there very early in the season so not everything was open yet, sounds fantastic though! Yeah the water is really clear especially towards the bays. Moray eely! -think we will stay on the boat lol

Loved that place. We stayed in the (expensive) hotel at the very end of the citadel, but we could see the bikes from the window. Views of Sardinia were great and we also decided to go there in the future, probably this September. Same as most places in France, the locals do not eat in the evening, they eat at lunchtime. Had you been in the tourist season then every restaurant would have been open. Careful with that drone as there are very strict privacy and drone laws in France and your flying, although fantastic, would have got you into real trouble had you been caught.

Yeah it's a beautiful place and the view form the boat was impressive too. Great that you stayed at the citadel, we didn't realize you can ride right up there until we got there -not to worry the walk up didn't take too long. Being able to see the bikes form the hotel window is always reassuring! -that's a room with a view 😄. Thanks for watching!

Very nice , but you both did the right thing to come there in the low season , would do the same if we should go there.

Thanks Ake! Yeah totally, I imagine we would have had a very different experience in the peak summer season! We will take empty roads, relaxing cities and cheaper hotels over open restaurants any day 😎

Strange seeing so few people, we were there in the summer & the place was packed. Again, excellent video & great drone shots. Was there before drones, so we just saw the place from the ground. Drones take it to a whole other level.

Yeah one of the Benefits of off season travel, lots of places closed but then not so many people there. I hear October is also a good time to visit. Glad you enjoyed it and great that you have also been there too 😊
