是，那是因為它是中國重點發展城市，人口又夠多，再者就是中國近期才開始脫貧迅速發展，既然是近期才發展，當然建設新穎，規劃現代，而臺灣多數城市都已發展許久，到處都三、五十年的老舊建築大樓，要都更或打掉重練牽扯問題及經費都太多
