My mom worked there for 27 years and took the buyout in 1995. It's soo sad to see the destruction, it was a beautiful hospital back in it's day

My mom used to work here after the hospital closed in 96. In like 2004 she was a cook for the offices and she let me and my sister come and she accidentally left me in the basement and down there I had a few ghost encounters. I remember seeing a man hanging on a pipe and then a man smiling at me then chasing me back up the stairs. I also remember seeing an old lady in a wheelchair in one of the hallways.

I definitely heard what sounded like a voice saying something like “bay-ho” at 27:36 and a heavy sigh at 29:17. I listened at 9:08 and heard “hey”. I had trouble hearing the tap at the 10:09 mark. I marked the time stamps a second or two earlier so as no to miss the noises. 7:55 there’s a shadow to your left at the lower right side of the door frame that quickly darts away. That place IS a dump.

What you can’t see is this is right in the middle of a neighborhood and next to apartments. Not to mentioned the VA is at the one end of this building still being used. I wouldn’t consider any EVP’s as evidence because of that. I’m not saying that it’s not an EVP but it’s hard to determine because of that.

Hey Mr Hill ... I saw a shadow type of hand at time stamp 7:57 and at 7:59 it goes back into that room it was in ... you can clearly see it grasping the frame of the door. Scary spooky stuff and no wonder it was the creepiest place you been to. You capture stuff what paranonormal people don't. This place was nasty ... 27:36 sounded like a man sneezing ... 29:17 a weird noise sounded like someone breathiing down a pipe now that was scary. I kept thinking about the lives of people that both began here and ended here. Really eerie. The heavy breathing while you walk through adds to the creepy vibes. This should be shown nationwide as a documentary so people can see what kind of deterioration can happen in depressed areas when industry shuts down and moves away. There are two big factories that left Warren, too. The whole city is in decay. I grew up near here and am happy to live in San Francisco now. We have nothing like this anywhere. Reminds me of Chernobyl. I saw this from the outside when I was there a few weeks ago. You are brave!

Okay, here goes. I live 1 mile from this hospital. 3 of my children were born there in '88, '91 & '92. This was a good hospital at one time. Every time I go past it I really want to explore it but there's a pretty bad apt. complex across the street and you never know who could wander in. I've heard that it's haunted and that makes me want to go even more lol. I was born in Cleveland and from what I've seen you seem to be based there so I'm really enjoying your videos. I've seen other videos on St. Joe's (that's what we call it) where I've heard something here or there but yours by far captured some awesome stuff. It's so sad to see what's happened to this place. You do a great job and I'm hooked on your videos because this was the first one that caught my eye when I was looking for something else. I just watched the video on the old Westinghouse factory and that was something from my childhood. We had friends in Euclid and when we'd come back at night from visiting (we'd come home on the Shoreway, the Westinghouse sign was always lit up and we were almost home. I've only been watching your stuff for about a week but I love it and thank you for sharing and sometimes scaring the hell out of me lol like the church where the piano played 1 note and the chairs fell over. Funny thing Is this was around a year ago. Now there's barley nothing left. It's all demolished. Aside from the original building and that's half gone. But it's still got an uneasy feeling. I wonder what the residents see around the half demolished site at night now. It's probably still creepy and I bet the dark spirits from the basement will roam the grass and fill dirt plot when it's done due to the basement getting filled in. Only reason I know this is because am hauling pieces of this hospital away as a dump truck driver. We're just hauling out the steel girders now next week will be the remainder of the girders then all the debris and stuff left. Then then parking lot then fill dirt time and that's it.

Here’s some things I caught with headphones on: 16:22 possibly “hey”; 22:44 something says “I do” or “got you”; 29:35 breathes or whispers over your voice; 30:39 a soft “here” or “hey”; 39:18 eager whispering sounds like “watch him walk away”; 31:25 another “hey”; 31:29 sounds like a dog barking. Voices from people nearby can’t be ruled out, as we see when you step out into the courtyard. But in most of these captures you are deep inside the belly of the beast, so we can’t discount them as being actual EVPs. Considering that this would be extremely difficult for you to fake - it would be almost impossible not to hear if someone else was around in that environment - I have to say you’re collecting some good evidence of possible paranormal activity. The “deep voice” is the only capture that sounds like it could be from a person hiding out in there somewhere, but as with the shadowy hand at 7:58-ish, it would be a hard fake. And that hand! It’s made creepier by the fact that it’s not the typical fake shadow person head peeking around corners, and the thing just doesn’t look as if it’s attached to anything human. URBEX-ers always catch the best evidence because typically they’re not going in there actually looking for something paranormal to occur. They’re also usually skeptical of the supernatural, and so when they do catch stuff, it generally merits a good review. Great work! I hope you’re using respirators and carrying some kind of protection, and also that you’re letting someone know when you go off on these explorations. Stay safe, and remember, you have more to fear from the living than from ghosts of the dead or spirits ... usually. 😉

I just feel that it’s so dark inside, especially where you were, that someone without a flashlight or even a lighter wouldn’t be able to move around easily. That’s why I know you definitely aren’t setting any of this up! It would be a logistical challenge - not to mention extremely eerie - to “plant” someone at just the right spot to stage something. That’s also why I worry for you while I’m watching lol! I love your videos and the historic places you go; so glad I caught you on Nuke’s! Please stay safe, though! Wouldn’t want your health to suffer, or you to encounter some creepy people - and definitely don’t want anything supernatural to follow you home! 😉🖤

@@alyneorleans5018 yeah your right it would be extremely hard to navigate in the dark but the more I watch this video the more I feel like it was a homeless person in that room that probably saw my light coming down the hallway so he was peaking around the corner and ducked back in the room as I got closer and the only part of the person we saw was there black hand. And maybe the noise were just animals. Idk I need to rationalize this or ima stop going in abandoned places for good..

Hey Urbex, I’m actually from the area and I’ve gone into that hospital countless times since I was in 9th grade (I graduated last year and my senior pictures were taken in from of the hospital lolol). Dawg uh, the hand at 7:58 on the doorway is exactly why we refuse to go down to the basement 😭

I saw bits of this video on another channel that gathered clips but I cannot remember what channel it was but I think it was last year. I had no idea it was your video. They showed the part where the hand was in the beginning. Anyway, I grew up with my family using this hospital. My grandparents home is just 2 streets over. My grandmother died in the emergency room here in Dec 1989. 3 of my 4 kids were born here (1990, 92 & 94). The section you showed last on the outside, the top floor was maternity & the last window towards the front was my room with my 1st & 3rd stay. My 2nd stay was a few rooms down in the front, 2nd to last window. My aunt was a candy striper here too. It is so sad to see it like this & it is so bad, I could not even tell what parts you were in. I had my 7th grade scoliosis xrays done here (& man am I glad I kept them) & I had stitches in my hand in the emergency room. My 2nd born stayed 2 nights here when he was 3 weeks old in the pediatric department when he was sick. We passed the front of the hospital 2 times every week to visit my grandparents & all our Christmas Eve's were at their house so I saw this hospital all the time growing up. I have so many memories & it is just so sad, it is gone now, they started demo in the end of 2022. I havent lived in Ohio for the past 8 years so everything still looks the same as it used to when I think about it. I dont think I want to see it all gone or something else there & luckily, I have no reason any more to be in that area since both my grandparents are gone.

I grew up on the street right next to it. My mother worked there. One night, when it first closed up, my buddies and I climbed up the back fire escape and opened a window and went in. We just explored through the whole place and went back up to the second floor where we came in at. We were standing there talking and one of the doors slammed shut really hard. There was no one in there besides us! Place is haunted af. But I believe all hospitals are haunted because of all the life and death going on there.

Watching so many of your videos, makes me wanna go explore abandoned buildings in my town, and film it. Pretty sure there's a lot here. There's this old 2 story house, down in the ghetto, where I used to live 11 years ago, all boarded up, and old, and spooky looking. I used to walk back, and fourth to my friends house, and back home, and a lot of the times it would be night time. I used to cut through the houses yard, and would end up hearing some pretty scary stuff coming from the house. One time I saw a man standing in the old shed that sits right by the house, and he was just peeking out at me from behind the wall. I figured he was just some homeless guy, and didn't do or say anything. But I'm not so sure about that. That house is STILL there. Maybe I should explore it. What kind of camera do you use? Also, thanks for uploading this yesterday on my birthday.

OK, Chris, MAD RESPECT to you Bro! This is so Fucking Creepy! I'm 21 minutes into this, and I HAVE TO TAKE a break, I'm surprised!! At 8:21 -8:23 It sound like an IV Machine or Heart Monitor Beeps Twice! At 9:15, they're Voices way off in the Distance, and at one point you even say, "WTF?!?". @@cmcproductions26 it’s actually on the left.. as he is walking down the hallway there is a big window area to his right at that intersection right before he is about to turn left.. so the black thing that’s at the door way and creeps back in fast is gonna be on his left side right before he turns down that same hallway.. the black thing is in the room with the light blue tiles on the wall.. which will be on his left.. I’m pretty sure it’s not an animal because it’s half way up the door way.. there is no animal that talk lol now unless the thing was at the bottom of the door way then ya could be an animal but this thing was mid door way 😳 look like a black shadow hand to me
