Very nice, wish the lights were brighter and more diffuse but still cool. Maybe you can make a front facing light pack for your chest.

You are totally right about the light, sir. Pretty hard to find a good lightsource that is wide enough to follow with the wideangle gopro lens. My only real option is to use handheld sources and try my best to point them whereever direction im looking.

+Marcos Santana I guess mines can be scary, yes, and I get claustrophobic sometimes if it gets to tight, but I also get very curious so I push myself further all the time to work around this.

the chances of you getting crushed by falling debris are, surprisingly, very slim. The possibility is still there, yes, and it can be one of the few deterrents aside from winzes (deep pits from which ore is dug up beneath a given drift level, some can be several meters deep), shafts (used for ventilation or bringing ore to the surface) etc, but even these deterrents are seen as simple hazards to watch out for when you're a veteran adventurer.

hey man nice video i found you through imgur and one guy pointed out that there is a high risk due to toxic gases have you taken any precautions to insure you won't die cause of them or were you just like meh screw it? :D i plan to visit some abandoned mines in my area aswell and don't really know what precautions i should take cheers and greetings :P

+TheKabaem Thanks for your comment; Well, yes I do, I don`t like dying, so like in these flooded mines I wore a lifevest and had a rope attached to a friend of mine while traversing the flooded part. There`s always a risk I guess, but that`s what makes it so fun. I don`t really know much about gases, but I don`t doubt it could be an issue, I`ve never heard of any problems with it from other explorerers so I`ve taken the chance I guess. As an explorer I can never really recommend you do go into mines as it can off course be dangerous and I don`t want you to die from my shitty advice, so please know you`re doing this entirely on your own risk. Please be careful sir, and please don`t go alone.
