Go to Camp-Yabassi in Douala, you will find many Nigerians there doing motor spare parts business. Mostly Igbos. But be careful in that part of the city.

@@tokyochanel2437 OK I think you probably don't know what truly qualifies as a vegetable . What he is trying to say is true.. Its natural human habits.. Countries closer to the equatorial forest tend to include more vegetables in their diet as it is available in abondance.. Ghana, Benin, Togo, Western Nigeria have less vegetables in their meals that say South East Nigeria Cameroon, all the way down to congo.. Cameroonian almost eat all types of leaves

@@twister80 I’m tired of your ignorance 🤦🏿‍♂️ most west African dishes are made from vegetables the only difference is we cook ours and they eat it raw. Cooked or uncooked it’s still veggies. Don’t reply back to this comment your head is not ok

Ndole is a national meal in Cameroon originally for the Douala natives. And no you don’t eat it alone. You have to eat it with a side like white yam, cassava , plantain (boiled or fried) rice , bobolo , miondo , yellow yam . You have to eat with a side definitely !

The food looks heavenly. I think things are still organic in Cameroon more than some other African countries and this is a big pull for me. 5 pounds sterling is not bad for a home cooked, organic, fresh food.lt's Awful that an African country is sending their national wealth to France only to get it back as a loan.Cameroon must do away with France and the French franc as well. Thank you.

Had been to Lagos twice nd I love it. Will definitely come back to Lagos. Nigerians at home are the best people in the world. They help strangers, making sure they're safe nd secure. Your police are more friendly to foreigners than Nigerians. They be smiling at foreigners, even though some did enter the country undocumented. Coming from a Cameroonian in the 🇺🇲
