When you put on your sunglasses and look out the window, I know you're ready to reveal the spectacular scenery. My absolute favorite feature is the swimming pool. I'm sure night swimming is also ideal for gazing at all the lights and stars.

Beautiful home has everything you can desire and more, the one thing I did notice is the pool area is overlooked and that alone would put me off from buying. You would think paying nearly 10 million for a property you would get total privacy, well done again on the video you guys perfect in every way always puts a smile on my face and I thank you for that.

Another great design house,absolutely awesome and amazing house..the MANCAVE awesome but a little small..thanks to the gym being there and sauna..if I have a choice I get rid of them and replace it with a bigger cinema theatre room with a bar and put pool tables..

Ich muss mal wieder das Haar in der Suppe finden : von dem Haus links unterhalb kann man von deren Balkonen und Fenstern komplett in das Haus schauen. Wenn man im Masterbad in der Wanne sitzt oder eine Dusche nimmt, kann das aus dem anderen Haus gesehen werden. Bzgl. Billardtisch : wenn schon einen, dann bitte auch einen in Turnier/Standard Größe. Und es gibt mal wieder kein Arbeitszimmer/Büro. Der Weg vom grossen Tor Richtung Haustür kommt mir recht eng vor für ein normales Auto - aber da mag die Perspektive im Video Schuld dran sein. Aber man muss nachdem Tor im 90° Winkel abbiegen um dort hochzufahren. Naja, ob man das mit PKWs hinbekommt? Abgesehen davon ist es ein schönes Haus.

Hi Patrick :) I love the stash looking good. I am looking for a special home most of what I seen so far have been good homes but seems a lot of work to be done for my own taste. First I am looking for a place that has really good lighting going to where the car parks I am wanting a big kitchen because I like having a lot of people over I am not a small party lady, a huge living room and waiting spot ( that is the place in front of where you enter the home) I would like a movie room that is casual looking and not exactly like a theater and a pool room to play some balls. A small spa room for someone to work on my back and a place to do my hair or hair cut and a gym where I can lift weights and do yoga and two bars inside and one outside with the BBQ area. Along with a pool enough to lounge at and go for a swim and hot tub. The master bedroom I want the bedroom huge enough to have a hot tub in it not far from the bed but far enough that you are not going to trip over it. The bathroom must have a vanity in it with enough room to hold all my makeup and scented things and would love a skylight above the kitchen. The last thing I am looking for hello toilets ( these are toilets that open when you get near them) Sauna and steam and 2 or 3 powder rooms for guests and enough room in any place for at least 30 people if not more. I need a room for the fallowing: Maid, Butler, and four Guards. Although the ones you have shown has been very good homes that is what I am looking for in a home though there is more but that would have me hooked on a home :) Thank you Patrick you made my week :) xxx

I have to be honest; not my favourite house. The plot is on a corner as you know. They have built 3 huge villas on a tiny piece of land going up a very steep incline I was surprised to be honest. The others are sold, I didn’t think anyone would buy any of them. That shows you something………I know, nothing!! Ha ha great video though but I won’t get my bank card out for this one.

Buen día, no entiendo esta villa Entrada a la parcela muy estrecha, muro medianero enorme, con un edificio alto de apartamentos Vista desde la doble altura del salón, otro gran bloque de apartamentos,... Para estar apartado en la Quinta prefiero Sotogrande con parcelas grandes y espacios más abiertos en un entorno más natural
