Security would be a concern. Relatively remote location, direct access from the road and no significant boundary on 2 or 3 sides surrounded by fields and greenery. Gaining entry would be routine for the motivated.

11 mio is a lot of money and you get an IKEA interior. To be honest all Marcel Remus properties you featured in Mallorca seem to be way overpriced

8:25 I have no use for a wine room, but if that space can go down to 4 or 5 degrees C, a walk-in fridge would be handy.

I think ten people working 8/7 can keep that house clean. Plus some technical staff. The pools with the rising floors will feed generations of mechanics.

Great tour guys. Love the outdoor area. Love the view. The artwork is great, very colourful, really like it.

Lacks an office, the kitchen is a bit small whilst the laundry room is way too big, plus the wine cellar needs a door and an aircon unit, the turn is very tight on the driveway, otherwsie are pretty good.

This is a spectacular vision of a house, because it is hard to believe it’s real, it actually exists. This house is so unique and unusual that it is very hard even to imagine yourself living in such space, because it’s so unlike anything we, conventionally, used to call a home.

Eine wunderschöne Villa. Die Kombination von klassisch spanischem Außendesign und schlichtem 1940er retro Design ist aus meiner Sicht perfekt gelungen. Ist natürlich alles Geschmackssache und man kann die Villa sicher auch komplett innen umgestalten. Auf jeden Fall besteht für jeden Geschmack viel Potenzial, da die Aufteilung der Räume sehr großzügig und gekonnt gestaltet ist. Der Ausblick ist genial und Eure Tour war wieder sehr detailliert und unterhaltsam.

That's a nice place, love the outdoor area and high ceilings in the living area. Not a big fan of the entrance being on the bedroom level but not a deal breaker. All in all a nice place with great views. Thanks for the tour Maro Brothers.
