I used to love the Canadian Side of Niagara Falls but it's gotten to be such a tourist trap and always so many pushy people it's hard to get a spot just to view the falls. When I was a kid I hated the American Side but as a adult I've actually started to like the American Side better it's a State Park with a natural setting and people/tourist aren't pushy like the Canadian Sides

@@wm3293 completely get where you are coming from. From a far, ssems like the US side is more calm and less crowded. but view wise, canada in my opinion provides the better peespective from a tourist standpoint. 🙂

@weekendriderph I still go to both American and Canadian Sides when I go up there each side offers a different experience of the Falls I just think Niagara Falls State Park gets a bad rap it doesn't deserve it's a beautiful state park downtown Niagara Falls New York is a different story lol but I stay away from it I've caught some beautiful rainbows at Terrapin Point US side of Horseshoe Falls in the morning and hardly anyone is there that early I almost think people don't even realize that Terrapin Point is even there it's a common thing I here is you can't go to the Horseshoe Falls on the American Side which is completely false does it offer the best view of the Horseshoe probably not but is still a amazing vantage point

@weekendriderph probably just me lol but the first place i witnessed the power of the Horseshoe Falls was at Terrapin Point when I was a kid like everyone else I was amazed by the power of Horseshoe Falls. Terrapin Point will always be a special place in my heart good thing is I only live 2 hours from Niagara Falls so I'm able to go there 3-6 times a year
