The person who made the map with the lily room actually makes a lot of REALLY good maps in the style of half life 1. Their mapping skills nowadays are actually amazing, I highly suggest you check them out

I think the thing from 30:09 - 30:24 is a reference to the Ruins from Undertale, specifically the entrance to them (as the Wiki labels that room)
