He must be extremely brave to go into the superstitions by himself seeing as they are always finding bodies with their heads cut off!!! I wouldn't go unless there's a couple of people with me and we are all armed!!!

I was there from 1973-93 ! A friend from work was out there when 3 men approached him with guns , asked him what he was doing there , he said hunting for Javelina ! They said you were just leaving , right ? He said yeah ! Got myself lost in the Goldfield Mountains so I know I could get lost in the Superstitions ! Didn't have GPS back then !

Another great video my friend. I really miss our adventures (maybe we have one coming soon... May/June???). It would be fun if you covered your gear of choice. Do you wear or pack gators, leather gloves, a manchette???

Thanks man! I agree, those really were some of the best times, and another group adventure is needed soon! As for covering the gear and such, I'm thinking of doing some of those types of videos, probably get those started this year. First featured product will definitely be the limited edition PPB Manchette!🤣

Greetings! They're in the same area but they're different. And while they're both spectacular, Weavers Needle is the one that you'll see in all the pictures because it is a very prominent feature. Timestamp 837 is that a rock current. Or is that a rock current? Or is that a part of a building? I think it's a rock karen huh
@naturallytrailheaded
@naturallytrailheaded 6 ай бұрын
It definitely looks like it was built, but that is just a random natural rock structure on the side of the wash! I actually had more close-up footage of it, but had to cut it due to the video getting too lengthy. I'll post the close-up video clip in the community section of my page when I get a chance so you can see it up close. Very cool!
@naturallytrailheaded
@naturallytrailheaded 6 ай бұрын
I took a couple screen shots from the video and uploaded those images to the community section of my page. I still stand by the "random natural rock structure" I mentioned before, but now that I look at it, an argument could be made that it was built there. Let me know what you think! Thanks!

You're right, its a weird angle-- I'm looking up at a hill from inside a canyon-- but its definitely the moon. It was hanging around all day and I just had to get it in a shot! Thanks for the comment though, I'm always on the lookout for strange sightings in my videos!
