The horse one absolutely kills me. I took a wild guess that at some point the horses were gonna glitch and do Sim animations, because the cats and dogs STILL do them, I just wasn't aware of how ridiculous it was gonna look, and could happen while Sims were riding them. Sims apparently got the ability to defy gravity while riding a horse.

I remember somethinh absolutely great from one of laurenzside's old series. She had an adult alien woman but made her disguise a kid. Whenever she would get into her disguise it would turn into the glitchy long fingered monstrosity. It was amazing because it was a creepypasta themed sims household 😭

My favorite glitch is the Slenderman toddlers. Specifically due to the time my toddler saw his grandmother was sad, then stretched out while asking "Why sad?", and his grandmother started sobbing. Like, yeah, I would cry too if my grandkid did that.

Not sure how much of a "bug" this really is, but once, while my Sim was hanging at the bar, the Vampire Lord sim showed up and just kept teleporting around. This wouldn't be so weird if it weren't for the fact he often ended up teleporting a whopping *two feet* away from where he started, to the point where literally just walking there would be significantly faster. And he *kept doing it. CONSTANTLY.*

Yes, every Sim that has this ability and is set to "Always use Mist Form", will use it to move for even the smallest distance. This bug was supposedly fixed a few times already and it used to happen with other teleportation abilities (Bat Form, Spellcaster Transportalate) too.

agaha!! my current save has a 6 generation family on it. generation 2 consisted entirely of vampires. one of my vampires loves to come over for like 4 hours just to play with my infant and fly 2 inches to the left. its his thing now

One of my vampires does that too! He's not in the main household, so whenever I see him now, he just... teleports. Everywhere. Always. Never noticed until a few months ago and it's kind of driving me insane

11:58 something similar often happens in The Sims 3, but in most cases the Sim turns their head to look directly at the player. It scared the shit out of me when I just tried to take a nice family picture. Also, sometimes when a witch Sim freezes another Sim, the frozen one will DUPLICATE and one copy will stay in the ice, while the other will be free and IMMUNE TO PAUSE- they can't start new interactions during pause, but when they are already doing something, they won't stop.

This inspires me to write a story about a scientist who goes through the wormhole generator and accidentally ends up in a glitched version of the sims where they see deformed toddlers and pets, wolf-mermaid hybrids, possessed sims doing weird stuff and all the other glitches. And their goal is to find a way to go back to their world.

I can confirm the skin tone changing bug with the scientist freeze ray still happens. My sim froze his coworker, who happened to be Nina Caliente, and her skin went so dark that she looked like Jynx from Pokémon.

My buddies and I used to jokingly call the freeze ray, the "blackface ray" because of this glitch. It was funny for a bit then it kinda became disturbing.

These made me literally LOL 11:32 I HATE when that happens. I installed a mod that really helps with that. i think it's just called something like "stop checking crying infants" or something like that, it helps a bunch. i've never had this issue once since installing the mod

i managed to (mostly) fix that issue without mods in my game. i just made someone who isnt the parent the guardian or whatever its called. it fixed it for the most part :’D …although i do still sometimes have to clear my sims queue if the baby is crying while theyre asleep, cuz then itll get FILLED with crying infant. like girl its not even your baby anymore!

I've been playing with the "Every Lot Challenge" challenge and my sim has occasionally been "Too Uncomfortable" to do interactions even though they don't have the uncomfortable moodlet. Also Terrified Sims just run through most everything. Walls can kinda block them but furniture and other Sims might as well be spectral. I've also seen ghosts just walk outside the house from the second floor. Ghost Eliza Pancakes even took a short walk through a roof before leaving the lot.

Ones I managed to make a mermaid-spellcaster hybrid without mods and the character was glichy but hilarious too. The guy walked with a mermaid tail and I couldn't dress him up. But the good thing was that he had spellcaster and mermaid powers at the same time.

Many of them happened to me just recently: the one where a Sim disappears (a nanny was immediately called after her shift ended and she disappeared... and the baby would glitch into a remote area when handled by the nanny), Olive Specter kept aging up outside the window of her kitchen for some reason, the stretching infants and toddlers too and I also tried to put an infant into a crib and the adult refused (kept putting the infant in the playmat or on the floor). I was very frustrated with that.

There was another "Elastigirl" glitch (has been fixed, and was mentioned in the patch notes when it was fixed) awhile back with a particular women's top. It was a long sleeved v-neck cardigan with a belt. It would stretch the female sims wearing it during certain zooms. If you zoomed in or out it wouldnt do it, but if you were playing medium-close, the sim would distort into ribbons.

I see the routing issues all the time, especially the cat ones. They get hyper sometimes and just phase through counters or run in circles for literal sim hours. I don't mind them and find them funny. Preferable to them getting stuck. Tho my Sim yesterday got stuck in a room with no locks, couldn't leave the room, peed himself, and then after all that could he exit the room, no changes made to anything.

Recently I had a glitch where my sim was stuck in a dancing animation (even though I cancelled it from her queue) and every time i tried to make her go somewhere, she would teleport there while still doing the dancing animation. I was weirded out so I restarted the game hoping it would fix it. It, in fact, did not. Every sim was stuck in a t-pose position and teleported everywhere. sims on the street were stuck t-posing and were just slowly teleporting their way down the street.

biggest bug in my game is that nothing happens. i could have it playing all day and NOTHING will happen. the sims will do things and keeo their needs up but thats about it. theyll sit on the computer or play games or watch tv and NOTHING ELSE. when they make food theres no fire, when they swim no one drowns, no one dies from laughing too much, electricity, anger. i even completely neglected a toddler and it wasnt taken away. my sims hardly ever travel anywhere and when they do they immediately leave. its honestly so boring. and with how the interactions are laid out now, it makes it even harder to actually get anything done. i gotta go thru so much to find one interaction that i dont even wanna use them anymore .-. whicked whims and other 18+ mods used to be so much fun and then an update like last year completely nerfed those mods. even when i adjust the setting on those mods STILL nothing happens. just mundane boring gameplay. ive been downloading packs (something i used to never do) TRYING to make the game more fun and still, nothing. luckily, i like building so the gameplay being boring is okay just irritating knowing i spent hella money on packs and stuff and nothing. ever. happens. get to work was the FIRST expansion pack i bought like a year or two ago and not a single sim has been abducted by aliens yet. i have vampires and no one turns anyone, they hardly even drink plasma. the updates they have hardly ever fix the bugs and if anything just make the game less fun to play than before. if i could not update my game and still play it i would. i want my interactions back, i want my random shit happening, i want relationships and moodlets that actually reflect what youre doing but apparently thats too much to ask for.

In the beginning, when Sims 4 came out, I witnessed a sim that looked completely different depending on whether it was seen in their high-poly version or low-poly version. While the first looked normal, the low-poly (besides different hairstyle and clothing), had broken textures, basically replaced with random stuff, like hot pink/purple skin tone. And on top of that, the animations were a bit off, like the movement of their legs was not matching the speed at which they were walking.

My favorite glitch is the ancient and resolved (at least I haven't seen it in ages) glitch where a sim would need to throw up and run to the nearest toilet.... even if it was occupied. A lot of sims have been puked on by their baby mamas and that's all I gotta say there.

Sorry I’m late, but there’s another infant glitch! You know when infants can make a mess with a dresser, the dust cloud that forms around them stays with them no matter what interaction. Happened to me once, had to close the game and reload!

I once had that first infant one while the parent Sim was going up the stairs and the baby would just kinda sit there and then teleport onto the next step as the parent would reach it. Like… picture someone playing with a toy that doesn’t have joints in a dollhouse and making it go up the stairs by just placing it on each step in succession.

5:27 I’ve experienced this firsthand with my legacy save, one of my werewolf sims had kids with a spell caster and the result was werecaster that was full of strange visual errors, I was able to fix him but his Werepire sisters might give me a little more trouble. I can fix her too but I want to explore her glitches as well.

I had a glitch: my elder sim died while holding an infant (grandson) and the infant disappeared. No death sound or animation, the elder just turned into an urn. I exited and reload the household & the infant's portrait was gone... She took her grandson to the void 😂

Im playing a ghost sim rn but apparently they really strugle with stairs. I live in a sulani beach house and they have to use stairs everytime going on or out of the house. But going up they just dont use the stairs and fload up (cool i guess since its a ghoast) when going down they spin in okace for at least 2 sims hours..

When my cottage house had foxes around everyday a random fox came into my house and "talked to" my smart toilet like a human body would do.... That was an eye candy screen glitch :D Also there were times my haunted house scared the crap of grim reaper that was funny af :D And my dog was becoming a monster when he decides to go for a swim in our pool that was really messed up. I loved the posssesed sims wedding tho I love their creepy animations.

The way the sims streached out was really creepy as well as funny like whith the case of the infants looking taller. Used to make me 🤣🤣🤣🤣when I SAW first SAW it happening. Then over time it just got to be annoying till it got to be fixed thankfully. The Sims 4 STILL HAS its many glitchez and isuues that I just WISH the Sims team would address. I still play the sims 4 and have ever since The team put it out i just WANT to SEE this poor game get FIXED SO SO bad. Its an ok game minus the many glitches And issues this game has. Istg, when I saw that bug (11:58) the first time, I didn't know, that this was a thing and wasn't sure if I had imagined the movement, whether the game was posessed or If it was just a bug... Especially eerie, bc the movement was EXTREMELY slow, and therefore less obviolus. Such a scary moment

I once came across a glitch where if I aged a mermaid sim down using cheats into a child, then once that child tried to swim, they would attempt to transform into a mermaid before doing so. Since the sim however was a child and therefore had no mermaid form or tail to change into, this would result in the child sim changing outfits to a random outfit that I did not put together and their legs disappearing. They would also take the walking animation in the sea rather than the swimming one. Once I got them back on land, the child sim would try and transform back and after that, they were back in their normal outfit and their legs had come back. But the first time I saw it, I panicked and tried to use cheats to fix it by teleporting the sim out of the water. This resulted in them kind of swimming in the sand so I debugged them but then THEIR HEAD wasn't there. Their legs were back but their head had literally vanished.

I remember one time in a call, my sims decided to woohoo in their rocket ship. I let it happen, and while the rocket took off, both sims were still on the launch pad T-posing into each other and flickering in and out of existence while getting covered in rocket exhaust. Still one of the funniest things that has ever happened to me in this game, me and my friends still joke about it three years later.

One thing i disliked about the infant update is a glitch where no matter how much u get an adult sim to clean an infant the infant just remains dirty i had another glitch where out of nowhere a household sim will just die out of where without me realizing until everyone is sad i dont even get a grave stone.

One glitch I will never forget happened in the Sims 3, the woman in the household had just given birth, and they lived on a hill, so naturaly, instead of walking UP the stairs, she walked through them, through the house and into thin air... I followed her and the poor baby until they disappeared off the map. I guess they went to see God or something? Whenever I tried to focus on her or the baby, I'd just be brought back to the spot in the air where they left
