Done well on that section of the Pinnibar Track. How long ago was it that you drove it. Seen a few videos just recently which make it look a lot worse. Might have to drive it on my next drive back from the Snowy 2.0. That a Insta 360 you are using? Well some on a good episode. 👍🏼

Thanks for the comment. Really appreciate it. Our trip was March 11 - March 21 this year. I’ve seen some videos that have definitely made it seem like it is a lot worse. Don’t get me wrong, it was tough and technical but doable with the right mindset. And yes, Insta360 for the win. Love the versatility of it especially when you’re travelling through national parks. @@AroundTheNextCorner I was around there 24th of March. Wanted to drive it but had my focus on Mt Gibbo and Buckwong Hut camping area. I’d rather drive up it than down in that condition. Hoping I can squeeze it in on a trip home. Looked at a few 360 cameras, just can’t bring myself to get one at the moment. Think when the technology improves maybe. I’m more about the external footage anyway. I still put my drone up, but do respect what there are others around, I’ll always ask their permission. Not that that’s going to save me from the Parks. 🤦🏽🤣 Looking forward to watching a few more of this trip. 👍🏼

Nice video. How was steering with twin lockers on? Can’t really go anywhere but straight usually 😅

Yeah mate, I've seen lots of people comment on their videos that using lockers makes the steering impossible and I've seen it in a few mates cars. But during this trip they were a breeze to use and basically no different to turn with. I did notice the steering felt slightly tighter than normal and a little "wobbly". Not sure wobbly is the word I'm looking to describe the feeling, but it's the most descriptive I can think of. I even had them checked when I got back from the trip and they're working perfectly. They sure did make a difference to Hund0 and her capabilities offroad. Thanks for tuning in mate.

@@AroundTheNextCorner yeah it’s just because the wheels can’t spin independently so that makes turning harder, hence only use lockers on straight sections. I mean you can do minor “cornering” because no track is always entirely straight but if actual turns or bends it’s better without lockers as you don’t have full control to correct if any issues. Nice one mate! We'll be there next weekend, will have to see how we go. How long did it take to get to the top with the 3 rigs? Assuming the MUX had the rear locker for that section?

Yeah thanks mate. It took us around 2 hours to drive from Tom Groggin to Pinnibar and yes, the MUX had its rear locker on while tackling the tricky section of Mt Pinnibar. Enjoy your time up there. How many are going in your crew and what will you be driving?
