I guess nobody takes into consideration the amount of $$ it takes to run the Sanctuary (The electric, water well still has to run off of electricity, the feed, the new buildings to house them, the supplies to build and repair fences, water well and the list goes on). I love this Sanctuary and appreciate all they do for the rescues! Why go after their income? They deserve every penny and more. Just saying, no need to go after good people.

This video isnt an attack calm down. It isnt about the cost or running a sanctuary, or how much jamie and lester personally earn. Just read the title its pretty self explanatory.Its about the sanctuary which is a non profit, and non profits have to make their financial information public to anyone that asks anyways. you can even find this info online for most non profits,or they show it on their webpages themselves. Its not their personal private information thats being violated,or an exposè aiming at harming the sanctuary. When you put yourself in the view of the public put out videos, and become popular on social media one of the trade offs is public scruitiny. Simple

Someone stickn nose into other personal business where it dont belong. To spread more haters etc. This popped up on my KZbin and I am glad Lester knows about this and the shit starters. But I am team Longhorn Lester and babies and always will be. He has been thru a devastation. He deserves all hr gets. And he is correct they dont know the costs outgoing of running a place.

That doesn’t include the Facebook and Instagram income. The expenses for making the videos don't apply since Lester does them himself. This also doesn’t include Jami’s income from KZbin and Facebook. Also, this guy figured in federal taxes. As a charity, they don’t pay federal income or sales tax taxes either. I follow another animal sanctuary and they said they don’t pay taxes. I assume part of the sanctuary expenses is a salary drawn by Lester and Jami for running the charity and working the farm. It all explains how Lester was able to afford his midlife crisis toy humvee as a vehicle needed for the sanctuary. Anybody that watches auto restoration shows or is involved in restorations knows that had to be super expensive. It’s no wonder why the extended Morrow family wants in on the action. I don’t begrudge Lester for making a killing. He found something that people like and watch. He found his niche. I saw where he donated $10,000 to the Cleveland, TX schools. I think it’s wonderful and love the idea of PawPaw making some money from his videos. The only thing that kind of bothers me is when Lester talks about the “little bit” they make from the videos and talks about having to save up money to “afford” things. With the number of platforms, the number of daily videos, number of monthly donors, stars, donations, gifts, and no taxes, I’d say it’s quite a hefty income. That being said, yes, there are expenses besides the hay they grow and the animals are very well taken care of, get the medical attention needed, and the sanctuary provides a source of inspiration for many lonely and struggling people. It’s all good and the Morrows are good people doing good things. They’ve been very open with their gratitude and remind people to take care of their own needs first. Bottom line, I question this guy’s figures because of the expenses he included that don’t apply, but gives no account of costs to run the sanctuary. Then again, he was only talking income. I guess if a person really wants to know, it’s all public record. In the meantime, I hope the sanctuary continues to prosper and the animals live their best lives.
