Watching from India. I've tasted many Iranian dishes while i lived in Kuwait. Am planning to expolore Iran in coming days, especially food from across Iran. Happy to see they make Felafel sandwiches in Iran, an Egyptian dish i love so much. I also liked watching shwarna making and the special grilling method he uses to grill meat. Shwarma also my favorite 😂 I also like their dry fruits, Pistachio, Saffron etc. We have Iranian inspired cuisine, restaurants owned by Iranian ancestors in india. Peace to Iran

cyfarchion! Gluten free breaks are hard to come by outside of some specialty stores and restaurants. There are some pastries made with other flours, like chickpea flour. But there is always rice available if bread makes you feel unwell.

The first religion, Mithraism, originated in Iran and is linked with Christmas. Chess is from Iran, although some claim it is from India; however, Iran developed it further. Parts of Turkey, all of Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, parts of Pakistan, Armenia, Georgia, and Turkmenistan were part of Iran for thousands of years. Nizami and Rumi, the Persian poets, wrote all their poems in Persian, but because they are buried in Turkey and Azerbaijan, some Turks claim them as their own. Persian was the official language of India for 300 years, and now India and Pakistan have many Persian words. The Taj Mahal was built by Iranian architects inspired by Persian architecture. Iran was a great and powerful country, but for the past 45 years, the clerics have been destroying it. It's better to verify everything I've said online to be sure and not doubt it. Even kebabs originated in Iran before spreading to Turkey and the rest of the world.

Most people don't know this, but Iran had a democratic revolution (called the Constitutional revolution) already back in 1905 when the Shah was forced to sign the constitution limiting his powers and allowing for the establishment of a parliament, elections, responsible government, etc. Unfortunately Iran was very weak at the time and in the decades that followed the movement was subverted by continual British and Russian/Soviet direct and indirect interventions. The final nail in the coffin was the US engineered coup in 1953 against prime minister Mohammad Mossadegh. Following that democratic forces and institutions were systematically weakened, which led to the empowerment of Islamists and their Marxist allies, and the 1979 revolution. So today, the Iranian people are being careful. Everybody hates this regime. Most Iranians don't even believe in Islam. But it's easier to know what you don't want, than to determine what it is exactly you do want, and work out the formula to get you there. So the people are adopting a more cautious approach to minimize the risk of instability, bloodshed, destruction and even foreign invasion, and wait for an opportune moment when this transition maybe less costly.... hopefully soon with the death of the turban in chief

In Iran, you can get pork in Armenian areas. Also, most Iranians eat wild 🐗 🐗 much healthier and tastier than pork you guys buy from supermarkets or even butchers.

​@@CurbYourEnthusiasm65 کسی گراز نمیخوره اون های هم که میخورند هیچ اطلاعی در مورد گراز ندارند که گوشتش پر از انگل و باکتریه فردا باید چنده میلیون خرج کنند که معده و روده رو جراحی کنند که اسکاریس و کرم انگل روده رو خارج کنند !!! حتی خوک هم که تو دامداری و تحت نظارت دامدار و دامپزشک پرورش داده میشه ناسالم ترین گوشت رو داره و تو اروپا هم بعنوان یه گوشت ارزان قیمت استفاده میشه و چربی بالایی داره ، اگر بیکن اصل رو دیده باشی که برش های از قسمت دنده خوکه که انقدر چربه که حتی نیاز نیست روغن تو ماهی تابه بریزی !!!
