Exploring KATOOMBA a Cool Town in the Blue Mountains, AUSTRALIA 2024

thanks for this; lived lower blue mountains in the 80's (winmalee). Found Katoomba a 'foreign' place even after being in leura. As an adult I am sure I would love it and I am determined to see it again; as a teenager back then it was a very different/strange place to be. Best to experience this place as an adult. Yes; it is a cold winter.

lived in Katoomba for 7 years, went to katoomba high school my dad was born there he was working there he did the look out at echo point, my dad had 12 brothers and 2 sisters heaps of people there are related to me, I was born in Adelaide did my primary school there, I hated it in Katoomba couldn't get out of there quick enough and went back to Adelaide, katoomba is cold nothing to do actually going there next year to try catch up with my cousin, its changed a bit but most things are still there
