Not on that region, but Colombia does have plenty of flat places and valleys, there is a region called Department of Meta on the north east of Colombia and there's plenty of flat places, the Mennonites live in that region!

it was, he told me it was flat! haha.. i was hoping that was the case, but too hard to farm on the side of a mountain like that. It is steeper than my current land!

Ooh, I hear there were floods there! We had rain all day yesterday, and clouds covered us! It's beautiful, but in the city, the river is crazy.

The trail wasn’t accessible by motorcycle? Looks like a old highway? 1 Hectare is aprox 2.5 acres $7200/acre.seems pricey for such a remote property? It is beautiful though!! Nice that the land is planted with some fruit trees! Thanks for the views.

so once we got to the turn off of the old highway, we realized our moto would have made it, yes. However the guy showing us the property insisted on walking.... yes approx 2.5 acres it was pricey for what it is, on a steep mountain! It is gorgeous, just not practical to live on. Yes the old highway to Medellin!

That's steeper than your current land, no?? Not sure what the tall trees are, but they do block some sun that could be used for other crops/plants. But then again they may be important for erosion control, don't know. I didn't catch why you looked at the property. Out of curiosity, info for potential expats, looking for investment, a second farm?

it was way steeper than my land!!! I only went to look because he said it was ¨flat land!¨ The tall tree he said could be used for wood, so it could be cut. I went to see it as a potential space for animals, for myself, and to see if any other expats would like it. I discovered it was too far from my home and not flat. I thought I would do the video anyway if anyone was interested and to see what is available in the area I live in! I am always looking for land or houses since I know so many are looking for second homes here or to relocate.
