Exploring Laurel, MS | The Home of Home Town!🏠

In today’s video we’re taking a road trip to Laurel, Mississippi to see one of Jen’s best friends get married! (Congrats Alexis & Justin!!). We take a walk through the town and give you a grand tour of our beautiful Airbnb.
We take a trip to some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and bakeries in town! Laurel is also home of the HGTV show ‘Home Town’ starring Ben and Erin Napier! I was born and grew up in Laurel...moved from there to California when I was about 11yrs old. Have only been back twice since we moved boy it has changed so much. Hope you enjoyed your stay 😊💜

It might look nice but it really is a shitty county to live in. I was born and raised here and I still do live here. People will waste away. School here is horrible. If you are trying to get a job here HA good luck they will treat you like your nothing. So I wouldn't recommend living in Laurel.

Hi Robin! Thanks for watching :) It was a little outside of Laurel. I just checked the link and it did not work for me either! I even looked at my airbnb history and think the listing may have been taken down. I believe the owner travels part of the year so maybe she's back living in it

Hometown just shows a very small part of Laurel. Lived here for 60 years and Its not as great as it looks on tv.

Laurel is a depressing dump. Please don’t lie and make it look like something it’s not. It’s not fair to us who are trying to survive here. We live in poverty and no opportunity. It’s depressing and in no way can be brought back to life.
