We use the "Bush medicines" for maintenance. More of it when you start to feel a little sick. Moranga leaves, mango leaf (green young ones), Neem, Aloe Vera, Mint, Coconut (natural electrolytes), Pear or avocado leaf tea, lemongrass And alot more. Not a doctor but ive seen it help persons with blood sugar issues in combination with proper fasting and diet

Nice explore, but doing a good video isn't too hard to accomplish for you two. Its easy to lose luggage in the Bahamas....and jewelry in Nassau. Don't wear jewelry into Nassau...its a great way to lose wedding rings.+++++Dude can drive a manual IMPRESSED!!!!!!
