Hi Tater! Welcome back to the Philippines! We are so happy to see you back! :) In your final video while you were at the beach during your first Philippine series, I intuitively knew you'd be back. You were doing so well and yet your stay in the Philippines was too short at that time. Your presence is a great addition to this country that's why we like it when you are here. We appreciate your Positivity, Kindness, Humor and Appreciation for the Goodness that Life is. We can feel the depth of appreciation you had after visiting the Manila American Cemetery & Memorial. That very raw moment was so beautiful and the fact that you did not film that part retained the solemnity of that moment in time. Filipinos are eternally grateful for America's help & offering of lives so that we can achieve FREEDOM and become a sovereign nation. America and the Philippines are long-standing allies and with our deep history together as nations, that bond is something we treasure greatly as we enjoy the Freedom that we get to live today because of the Valor of both the American and Filipino soldiers who fought side by side for our FREEDOM. I too have been watching your videos since the very first video about the Philippines that you uploaded on your previous channel while you were still in America & your first landing in the Philippines and stay in Makati near Greenbelt. I appreciate your thoughtful comment. Thank you for taking the time to share that with me. I certainly was taken by surprise when I visited the memorial. It really does change your perspective on the things we take for granted. I would never choose to film that place, even though I would love to share it with so many people. They have given everything and more, I think it's only right to let them rest. It was an honor to witness it in person. Thank you for your kindness.

Im a Filipino and from bgc, its allowed to film anywhere as long as you don't step on a private's private property (i know BGC is privately owned) but BGC allow filmingaroundthe area. Its clearly a side walk so you are free to film...

There's no such thing as no filming allowed as long as you're in a sidewalk or road which is outdoors and public property. It only applies to private eatablishments which are mostly indoors. I haven't heard of any law or city ordinances which prohibit filming outdoors in public property. Drones though are another thing, which is understandable but filming outdoors is perfectly okay.

BGC is nice as a matter of fact I worked there for a couple of years but it's a bubble. I still want the authentic feel of my country. The good thing about Manila is that it is a multi faceted so I can go to Binondo and proper Manila for good cheap eats. Tiktok has a lot of posts on there to go for cheap eats in and around Manila

It really depends on the guards. Everytime a guard stops vloggers to film they are only stopping “what’s new” in the PH and that disappoints me because I haven’t been back to the PH since ‘99.

Filming is allowed in public areas around BGC. There are even posters saying that it's proudly photo-friendly and taking photos or videos is encouraged.
