Hey buddy many thanks for the shoutout. Glad you enjoyed the board and it works for the backpack. That area has some potential for moose for sure good luck in the upcoming draw. The feed is always great in your videos. Drooling here. lol. As for boots I have been through all kinds of green rubber boots over the years. Liners and whatever. I invested in Muck boots about 5 years ago and the best pair I have ever owned. They have been everywhere between hunting and fishing and everywhere in between. Thanks again for the shoutout take care.

I have to agree with a number of Comments here. I own 2 pairs of Mucks. A pair of Arctic Mucks and a second camo color I wear hunting in the fall. I have the camo ones now for 6 years and they are still going strong. I'm on year 4 of the Arctic and they are still like the day I bought them. Get yourself a pair. You can't go wrong.

I've been wearing a pair of Lacrosse burley air grip, they're an 18" tall rubber boot with insulation. The tread is dimpled like a sorel winter boot and they have a synch buckle on top to keep debris out. They're heavy but won't crack at the shin. Going on their 4th season. Great vid!
@langdonoutdoors78598 ай бұрын
Nice! Had success with my first pair, but never got any time at all out of the second pair of Lacrosse. I think I will try Muck brand next! Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!

We don't use rubber boots every day but when we do we love Dunlop Chesapeake. They're super light and comfy, crazy flexible, my mom's had hers for years and I've beat mine up real good. They're not insulated and they don't need to be, you can add neoprene or waterproof socks inside. They're not winter boots they're thin not like yours. They go under the pants easily which I love since it keeps sticks etc out. They would be cheap to replace too but it hasn't come up yet. I cut the heels down on mine only cause I'm a zero drop addict, my other boots are Altras (world's most comfortable zero drop trail runners).

I’ve had Baffin rubber boots/nats/dunlops…. Tried them all over the years and like you they either had holes in them after a year or so or they just were no good for walking. Couple years ago I bought a pair of mucks for a moose hunting trip, these are by far the best fitting boot I’ve had yet and still going strong, lots of walking kms on them and holding up perfect. I went on there site and bought a pair that was marked down, I paid the same as what Canadian tire wanted for the hunt shield boot and they are twice the quality. Anyways thanks for the video, good to see your eye healed up Cheers from Labrador

Sure looked like a good feed moose bud. Great day on the water in boat. Rubber boots I where are Dunlop brand called. Steal toe for 130 dollars before tax. Where mind spring, summer and fall mostly daily. Yours seem light weight and more softer but I find them good. I cut lawn,s in the summer and walk hour and half or more with the mower for just one lawn not counting wiper sniping , pick lots berries in the summer and fall and that,s all I where. Worn 2 summers now, not hurted yet. Had pair like it for about five or six years before but they where a little softer then those. These little more firm but the same name brand. Just taught I let you know. Great video, see you on your next one.

I just use Kamik boots from Canadian Tire. Their rated for -40 which is an exaggeration but they last a long time. I go in the woods at least twice every week and my other pair lasted years they didn't crack and they have removable liners if you have too dry them.
