That Gesture means "Plenty". It is used throughout the major cities in Morocco, particularly in the middle (Casablanca, Rabat...etc..) & North of the country (Tangiers and vicinity)

@@KhKh-626 In Morocco people speak Arabic, Berber or French, if you don't speak their language and they make an effort to communicate with you even with gestures you have to thank them instead of criticizing

The gesture you are talking about means “a lot” . When you asked the Moroccan guy about a place to eat. He basically told you that they are many restaurants around. 😊

Northern Morocco and in particular the Tetouan coast is a slight unearthed gem for international visitors - Chaouen is well recognised but there’s so much to see from Tetouan, the coast through to Ksar Es Seghir and of course Tanja

There are wonderful beaches along the way that I passed. Like Marina Samir and others. You had to do a tour of the old city of Tetouan. And take a tour from Tetouan through the front, Al Hoceima and Nador. Greetings ❤️

@@MorAcro When the airport is expanded (eta for completion 2024) more Europeans will be coming to Tetouan, Martil, Mdiq, Cabo Negro, Marina Smir, Oued Laou resorts. Less than an hour from Europe and Gibraltar…that region will have a rosy future…

hi sire enjoy your stay, mediterranean fish is more expensive than atlantic one because there is quotas on fishing in mediteranean sea unlike atlantic, and the fish is more succulent too (actually you cant compare them)

The Gesture means (a lot) or (everywhere) sometimes. I'm moroccan my self living in Philly for the last 24 years and do indeed think that those fish prices are way too high . I visit every year sometimes twice and always eat fish outside but never had to pay that much . Sometimes must be wrong .

الشمال مجرد قطعة من الارض جماد مثلها مثل الشرق او الغرب او الجنوب . الفرق بين الجهات الاربعة هو الفرق في عقلية و وعي البشر ، هناك من يحافظ على نضافة منطقته و يتعلم هذا الامر من الصغر حتى يصبح لديه عادة ، و فرق بين الاخرين من لا يحافظون على مناطقهم و يلوثنوها بالازبال .الفرق فقط في البشر

Ouiiiiiiii le nord du Maroc aussi est sublime . Le seul inconvénient c’est que contrairement au sud du Maroc , il est archi plein , surtout l’été . Presque les trois quarts des Marocains de l’étranger vont dans ces régions . Puisque c’est tout près du port de Tanger . Donc pour eux du bateau à la région c’est qlq heures de route . En plus de ça , bcp de Marocains locaux y allaient pour acheter les produits hors taxe qui rentrent d’Espagne . Alors cela fait un monde Fou dans la région . Merci pour la vidéo ❤❤ ❤❤❤❤

The gesture you were talking about is not bad in Moroccan culture..it simply means a lot of something..since you asked him about restaurants, he replied there are a lot of them by using that gesture.
